The BOA 3” Half Split Trainer features lightweight moisture wicking fabric to keep you cool and performing at the highest level. This fabric contains an 88/12 poly spandex blend which provides a soft and flexible 4 way stretch fit. This short incorporates half side splits to allow full range of motion and coverage while providing total running comfort. Our built in liner is soft and moisture wicking. The elastic waistband and draw cord provide a perfect fit. A sleek internal key pocket is built into waistband.

Running in Style

These shorts are comfortable for running in the heat and the loose fit keeps them from being too revealing. While I was expecting some awesome rubber ducky shorts I did not think the colors would be so vibrant. They really are some of the most comfortable shorts I’ve ever owned in addition to being the most stylish!

10/10 would buy again.

They’re attractive, but a little much for running shorts

I love BOA quality, and these shorts are made perfectly, but to me, they feel a little silly to run in, or to use as walking shorts, but they’d be fun for hanging by a pool.
