1) ORDERS:Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Although in many cases orders ship same day, we do ask for patience due to our high volume of orders. All orders are subject to acceptance by B.O.A,Inc and are subject to availability. If a shortage occurs, B.O.A,Inc. will alert customer by means of telephone within 48 hours of receipt of order. If a telephone number is not available, B.O.A,Inc. will ship order as available.
2) SHORTAGES:In the unlikely event of a misship or damage caused by shipping, please alert B.O.A, Inc. within 3 days of receipt of product. All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made with delivering carrier.
3) PRICES:Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at prices prevailing at time of shipment.
4) RETURN POLICY:B.O.A,Inc. reserves the right to approve authentic returns due to manufacturing defects. All returns must be authorized in advance by B.O.A,Inc. In order to return goods, all customers must request a Return Authorization. To obtain Authorization, customer must contact B.O.A,Inc. Credit Department at 714) 256-8960 and give specific reason for return. B.O.A,Inc. will then give an Authorization number that must be visibly and clearly placed on the outside of return shipment or the shipment will be refused. All Authorization numbers have a 14-day expiration date. If merchandise is returned after said date, shipment will be refused. B.O.A,Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any non-defective returns.
