My Go-To Shorts As A Master’s Race Walker

Prior to retiring as the X-C/T&F Head Coach of WVU TECH in Beckley WV, Dec, 2021, we began using the BOA Brand shorts & singlets as our team uniforms! I was not participating myself at the time, but the following Spring I made the decision at age 69 to begin a Race Walking Journey of my own, after having 6 NAIA All-American RW’ers on our squads!

It seemed natural to grab a pair of the team BOA shorts, quickly realizing why our athletes loved wearing them! With my recent purchases, I now rotate 8 different styles!

What I got was not cobalt. They work great feel super light, but I can’t wear it for my school’s color since they are not the same color as the photo looks.
