A 3” tall waistband can be worn up or folded over to your preference. Around a 2.5” inseam for additional modesty. This short can be worn for running, yoga, cycling, or even everyday wear.

These fit amazing, super comfortable too. I'm 5'3", 133#. I lift, my thighs are shapely, and I feel just great in them. I chose to go with a medium to accommodate the thigh circumference and my hind end. My waist is still small. It works. Medium was the way to go for me.
